Fendi Onobun is a former NFL tight end and two sport collegiate star athlete who enjoyed a 5 year career in the NFL with St. Louis Rams, Chicago Bears, and Jacksonville Jaguars. After a career ending knee injury in 2015, Onobun shifted his efforts back to his hometown of Houston, Texas where he has used his experiences and skills in sports and life to make a positive impact in his community through philanthropy, entrepreneurship, speaking and writing. Fendi continues to demonstrate his commitment by motivating people to achieve their goals and dreams by sharing his story and C.O.R.E. principles for life.
FAMILY MAN
Fendi holds many titles but his greatest source of pride is his family. He resides in Houston, Texas, with his wife Stephanie and their two children, Fendi II and Prince. The couple has been happily married for 8 years. Fendi holds his family dear and considers them his top priority. When he's not impacting communities, Fendi dedicates his undivided attention to his children, and his wife. Fendi firmly believes that being a husband and a father are his two most important gifts and responsibilities in life.
Fendi is also a published author with his book, Transition: One Kids Bank Shot to the NFL. His book is a testament to his perseverance as well as the importance of hard work and faith in achieving success. Fendi’s story has inspired so many others to pursue their own dreams, no matter the obstacles they may face in their own personal journey.
Fendi believes we can all achieve the things we desire in life with a little bit of direction, discipline and help.

His passion to expose others to his life challenges compels him to share a message that says you too can overcome the adversities and trials faced in life when equipped with the proper tools to do so.
Fendi’s believes his purpose is to plant seeds of hope and inspiration in an impactful way to his audience from the trials and triumphs experienced in his own personal life. His mission is shift the mindset of those who believe they can’t into they CAN!
Fendi’s passion to speak comes from his love to encourage and motivate others. He knew at a very young age he had a heart for people.
