What is Resilient Empowerment?
Resilient empowerment refers to the process of enhancing an individual's ability to bounce back from challenges, setbacks, or adversity and to thrive in the face of difficulties. It involves developing the strength, mindset, and skills needed to navigate obstacles, adapt to change, and persevere in the pursuit of personal and collective goals.

Yvonne N. Harris is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) leader, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) champion, Human Resources (HR) expert and Executive Coach.
Yvonne has experience with global consulting, technology and professional services firms, healthcare, manufacturing and retail. She has held various roles including North America Diversity & Inclusion Leader, Diversity Talent Attraction Leader, CSR Inclusion Brand Leader, HR Leader, and HBCU Recruitment Leader.
Yvonne is an experienced training facilitator and a frequent speaker at conferences and events on a variety of CSR, DEI, and leadership topics including women’s empowerment, unconscious bias, generational differences, gender equity, work-life integration, and inclusive leadership.
Yvonne is a two-time winner of the National Diversity Council’s DiversityFIRST Award which recognizes demonstrated dedication and continuing commitment to advocacy, raising awareness of diversity, and protecting civil and human rights.
Yvonne has partnered with the Houston Rockets NBA Team, the Houston Dash Soccer Team, and the British Basketball League to host International Women’s Day (IWD) events to celebrate women who are game changers in their professions and highlight how they chose to be agents of change against bias.
Always inspired by the life experiences of others, Yvonne is a Co-Founder of 21 Media LLC, and a frequent podcaster who produces content that educates, enlightens, and spreads goodness.
As an Executive Coach, Yvonne supports professionals in all stages of their career journey, from new joiners to boomerangs, to career pivots, to seasoned leaders. Leveraging proven methodologies, she guides her clients to align with their purpose, and to make career decisions that unite their business objectives with their personal passions. Yvonne specializes in coaching executives on DEIB-related topics, providing practical, actionable advice on ways to become a more inclusive leader, and effective sponsor and ally.

Jason Lavrack is an accomplished entrepreneur, investor, consultant, and philanthropist based in Houston, Texas. As one of the co-founders of an MRO company, a private equity and distribution firm, Jason played a pivotal role in its success before it was acquired by Lowe's Companies in June 2017 for $512 million.
Throughout his career, Jason has demonstrated a knack for recognizing and capitalizing on emerging trends and product developments within the construction, development, PPE, and distribution industries.
Additionally, he is deeply committed to supporting charitable organizations and actively serves on several boards. Jason's philanthropic endeavors include generous donations towards education, sex trafficking prevention, and emergency storm response initiatives in the Gulf Coast area.
Beyond his professional achievements, Jason is a loving husband to Aliyah J. Lavrack and a devoted family man.
